To commemorate Women’s History Month, I am hosting a 31-Day LiftHER challenge to amplify support and encouragement to other women. During the month of March, participants will receive a daily text message with a challenge designed for self-reflection and the sharing of words and deeds aimed at lifting women.

Who is “HER”? She is every woman - yourself, me, your sister, friend, neighbor, co-worker, or even the lady you pass in the aisle at Target, the one sitting across from you in a waiting room, or the person at the table next to you in a restaurant. “HER” could be someone you’re familiar with or a total stranger.

Let’s cultivate a practice of lifting others up by fostering a habit of empowerment as we magnify our voices.
